CHEF OF THE DAY : MELAKA SET MENU

Today, Yana and I were assigned as the chef of the day for the Melaka Set Menu. We prepared from ordering until the end of products. The class started at 8 a.m and we gave a short briefing about the menu. So we start our mise en place at 8.15 a.m until 9 a.m. After that we start cooking at 9 a.m and at 12 p.m we plate the food.

We divided the class into 2 groups. Group A and Group B. We prepared three pax of set menu. The group must prepare the set menu and plate them based on their creativity.
