MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT IN DUNGUN

I love food. I spend too much money on the food than bought the cloth. Since I was in Dungun, the place that I often go out to eat is Uncle Chua Kopitiam.This restaurant located at Sura Gate Business Centre, Dungun. Uncle Chua Kopitiam only had in Terengganu.

To those who still wonder whether this restaurant is halal or not....
Here their certificate of authentication halal that certified by JAKIM;

Uncle Chua Kopitiam are more to the western food. I think this is the best place for those who like to eat western food. This restaurant also had malay cuisine, chinese cuisine, and so on. The service is very efficient. For their price is a bit expensive to me. But I don't care about the price. It's because their food is very delicious!!!!!

I will recommend Kung Po Chiken, Mango Chocolate Iced, Chicken Rice, Penang Char Kway Teow, and Prata Chese and Chicken Floss as the best dishes in this kopitiam.

MODERN MALAYSIAN CUISINE

Malaysia is a country with rich cooking culture. The three prominent cooking cultures found in Malaysian cuisine is Malay, Chinese and Indian which is also reflected in the demographic make up of the main tourist hubsSo a better representation of modern, Malaysian food should explore all three cuisines

It doesn't take an adventurous traveler or food enthusiast to appreciate Malaysian food. The staple food in Malaysia is rice, just like the other Asian countries. Due to its sunny weather all year round, fruits and vegetables are in abundance while meat, poultry and seafood is inexpensive and readily available.

Malaysian foods are also similar to their nearby neighbors in Singapore, only in Malaysia the prices are quite a bit cheaper. Focusing on modern Malaysian cuisine, here are some of top Malaysian food for anyone who one to visit to Malaysia.

The gula Melaka dessert has teardrop shaped sour meringue and petals from bunga telang that cover a date sponge cake and a luscious gula Melaka marquise. This is served with a pulut ice- cream.

One of the appetizers served in the 10-course dinner is the refreshing rose apple and cuttlefish combination topped with snow and fragrant lime leaf oil. Usually razor clams are used but since they are not available, it is substituted with cuttlefish.

 The roast mushrooms dishhas served with an assortment of fresh herbs like cashew leaf, baby shawl flower, turmeric flower and torch ginger flower. Underneath the mushrooms prepared two ways (roasted and raw) and sprinkled with dried mackerel flakes.

Rose apple or jambu air juice is converted  into a delicate  snow that tops this appetizer; just mix it up and enjoy the refreshing appetizer.

There is no denial, Malaysia is a food heaven. There is food for every budget. Sometimes a hearty meal come with a small price, yet does not compromised on varieties...........
